Land
Land is the most basic physical space and ecological foundation of DreamVerse. It is the foundation to help users create everything in the Metaverse, the presentation platform for all creators and the assets of users.
Land can be directly bought, sold or leased to players, game issuers and video issuers through the platform Token(DV) for building scenes and releasing games and videos. The initial state of the original land sold by Dreamverse has no scene by default, so its owner (or other users invited) can create VR videos and VR games.
We don't limit the number of lands users can buy, users can buy one or more lands individually, multiple lands can be combined into properties next to each other, or each can exist independently. Land has different charm value, and the charm value of land is determined by the number and quality of scenes NFT used, the richer the scenes, the higher the charm value of land will be. The richer the scene, the higher the charm value of the land. Lands with different charm values can produce different levels of eggs.
The saleable land of Dreamverse is 210,180 minimum units, divided into the following six models, with a total of 73,988 NFTs.

In addition to the saleable area, the official operator has reserved some unsold land for the construction of public facilities to ensure that users can have enough entertainment space to experience and play in DreamVerse.
